Yoga practice brings balance and restores all bodily systems by creating physical, mental and spiritual harmony. Yoga is great for building better balance, coordination, endurance, and body strength.
Audrey teaches a style of Vinyasa yoga where poses are linked one to another guided by the breath. Flowing sequences of Sun Salutations, balance, standing, seated and core strengthening postures are designed to create heat in the body, to deepen into a stretch or pose, increase coordination, muscle tone and mental focus while making your spirit happy and provides relaxation for the busy mind.

The 90 minutes class is a work out on the boards in the ocean comprised of basic and more challenging yoga moves that also incorporate the paddle. Enjoy the combination of Stand Up Paddle boarding and Yoga. The paddle board makes a fine yoga mat and the extra balance required by being on the water intensifies the yoga routine. The peacefulness of floating on the water combines nicely with the meditative nature of yoga.
Our paddleboarding yoga class is the perfect way to get in shape. Enjoy the warm Caribbean weather and the beautiful scenery surrounding you while getting great exercise. Watch the video:
